All the Office–Bearers are elected at the Annual General Meeting. The President, Senior Vice–President and Junior Vice–President retire bi–annually. It is expected that the Vice–Presidents will step up. The Secretary, Treasurer and Development Officer shall retire bi–annually but shall be eligible for re–election.

Ordinary members of the Council shall usually serve for three years. At each AGM the Ordinary Members who have completed their three years in office shall retire and shall not be eligible for re–election as Ordinary Members of the Council for one year but they shall be eligible for election to any other office.
